Driving lessons for mobility impaired people

It is amazing what adaptations can be put into a car these days, to help people who think they may not be able to drive because of Mobility needs. There is usually something for everyone. Most people with these needs would be best to get an assessment, at a Mobility centre where they will get advice on what adaptations the client needs. The local one for the north east is:

Mobility service of the disabled living centre.
Regional neurological rehabilitation centre,
Hunters road
Newcastle upon tyne

Angela has done training courses on teaching people with Mobility issues and have experience in driving cars with adaptations mainly hand controls and left foot accelerator.

I have taught clients with Mobility problems to successfully pass their driving test.

Angela has a left foot accelerator in her automatic car and can teach clients in their own cars if they need more advanced adaptations.
